let me know if you'd be at all interested in sending me a full version in mp3 format for me to try and add some vocals to....
it's a tough one for me to sing, and the vox wouldn't compare to the guitar playing, but let me know what you think

Nothing like some simple repetitous chord-strumming. Seriously, could you be any less original? For such a short clip, I would expect something with a little more to it. I hope you don't plan on being a musician professionally.
